Inner Mongolia Mengsen Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2003. It is agricultural science and technology enterprise that specializes in the research and breeding of virus-free potato seedlings, base planting, deep processing of potato starch and vermicelli, storage and of commodity potatoes, research and sales of biological organic fertilizers and feeds, and import and export trade.  It is a key leading enterprise in the agricultural industrialization of the autonomous region, a leading enterprise in the poverty alleviation industrialization of the autonomous region, an innovative small medium-sized enterprise in the autonomous region, and a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new" enterprise in the autonomous region. Mengsen Potato Industry Joint Body won the title of Demonstration Joint Body of Agricultural Industrialization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The "Mengsen" trademark has been rated as a famous trademark in Innerolia, and the "Mengsen" starch has been rated as a regional brand product. In 2024, it is applying to be a national high- enterprise. In 2025, it plans to apply to be a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new small giant enterprise.
      The company has the right of independent import and export and has passed the ISO quality management system certification, green food certification, HACCP certification, andALAL halal certification. Under the leadership of the national "Belt and Road" policy, Mengsen products have been exported to more than a dozen countries, including South, Thailand, the Philippines, Russia, Mexico, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, etc.
